Now ditch that ruse, not a minute to waste
Come on, make haste!
Those long lists are surely not getting short
How can you not?
Read everyday? Or risk ignorance
Exercise? or be unhealthy
Practice yoga? Or feel empty
Track your daily water/fiber/protein intake? Not too little, not too much
Skincare routine? Or lack luster
Make healthy home cooked meals? Or eat junk and feel beat
Strength train for bone health? Or get old and weak
Do this, and that and that and this
Read this, be that, feel this
Now rest, Don’t slack
Did you get all that?
Here’s what I choose to do every day
That which I cannot, should not do without
I unflinchingly commit to this one thing sans doubt
For as long as I live I promise I will
